Chezere Bernice Oliver was born Chezere Bernice Tapper in Port Jefferson, Long Island to Pastors Isaac and Cheryl Tapper on the eve of July 3, 1976. She was baptized in Jesus Name at 12 and received the Holy Spirit at the age of 15 under the ministry of her grandparents, Bishop Thomas and Sis. Lucille Streitferdt. At 16 years old, she graduated high school from a private Christian High School, The King’s Academy in 1993. In her senior year of High school, she was acknowledged as a Who’s Who for academic excellence. After high school, she pursued and received a Bachelor of Arts concentrating in English/ Publishing Studies from Hofstra University in 1997. At 20, She answered the call from God to teach the Gospel of Jesus Christ, with a special anointing to restore those dealing with church-hurt. It was at this time God activated the gift of Revelatory Teaching, and this began with teaching bible classes in homes, coffee shops and bookstores in the New York City Metro Area.

She moved to Virginia in 1999. It was in this season of her walk that the Lord activated the gifts of Sermonic Dance, of Prophecy, of Healing, of Evangelizing the Lost and of Deliverance under the tutelage of Apostle Dr. Lona T. Miller of All Saints Apostolic Church in Richmond, VA. where she also served as her armor-bearer. Minister Chezere traveled throughout the Northeast as a Praise dancer during this time ministering and teaching Praisers, young and old, how to use their bodies as an instrument of praise and worship through dance.

Having relocated to North Carolina in 2011, her passion for Prophetic worship, intercession, outreach, and evangelism culminated after 6 years of community engagement; she received the activation and commission for THE SURGE COLLECTIVE FELLOWSHIP, which serves to host the Presence of The Lord through holding monthly in-home and in-church glory sessions. Then during Covid while seeing the need for continued fellowshipping and mentoring, in 2020, she launched VALIANT ACADEMY, an ecosystem of mentoring leaders and nurturing of ministries birthed by the student body. The Academy focuses on spiritual maturity through sound biblical teaching. The Academy currently serves women, helping them find and fulfill Kingdom purpose. Future phases of Valiant Academy will encompass launching satellite chapters through local and foreign missions.

With the oversight of Pastor Lucious Oliver II, her husband, and after 25 years of lay ministry, she became a licensed minister by the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World. Additional ecclesiatical support is provided to Minister Chezere Oliver by Apostle Dr. Trena Stephenson, Woman of God Ministries, Inc. as a mentor.
